What you'll do
Coordinate seamless experiences across online, in-app, and in-store channels to support our global retail footprint of 58+ stores worldwide.
Champion responsible sourcing and sustainable practices that align with our commitment to doing things the right way.
Analyze customer behavior to identify patterns that inform product offerings and elevate the customer obsessed mindset across the team.
Develop and execute initiatives that strengthen our philanthropic impact and reflect our long-term social values.
Partner with our third-generation jeweller founder to ensure every piece celebrates personal style and everyday moments.
Design and implement training tools that empower new team members to embody our values and deliver exceptional service.
Leverage data to set clear goals, monitor progress, and drive results that reinforce our leadership in modern fine jewelry.
Create innovative solutions that simplify the customer journey and remove barriers to self-expression.
Foster a culture of curiosity where sharing and seeking feedback leads to continuous improvement for all roles.
Support the launch of new retail locations by coordinating logistics and ensuring brand consistency in every market.
Guide customers through their personal style journey by connecting their aspirations with the right products at the right time.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure messaging stays authentic, transparent, and aligned with our values.
Monitor and refine operational processes to uphold our standards for quality, ethics, and excellence in every interaction.

Requirements
You are eligible for roles within our retail operations in Boston and meet all hard requirements listed here.
You must have the right to work in Canada without sponsorship, as this is a non-negotiable criterion for employment.
You must possess a high school diploma or equivalent as your minimum educational background.
You must have at least one year of previous retail or customer-facing experience.
You must demonstrate strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
You must be comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly in a fast-paced environment.
You must be able to stand or walk for extended periods while performing job duties.
You must be available to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You must pass a background check as part of the pre-employment process.
You must commit to adhering to our code of conduct and ethical standards at all times.

You must understand and follow all health and safety protocols in our retail environments.
You must be willing to represent Mejuri professionally in all customer interactions.
Nice to have
Experience with luxury or fine jewelry retail environments.

Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in Boston.
Hours will align with store operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak seasons.
Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada without the need for sponsorship.
Travel is not required for this role within the standard scope of responsibilities.
No visa sponsorship is available at this time for this location.
