What you'll do

• Guide guests through our curated collections, transforming initial curiosity into confident purchasing decisions during high-volume store moments.
• Design captivating in-store visual narratives, using merchandise and props to highlight product features and inspire an emotional connection.
• Champion our responsible sourcing standards and community initiatives, ensuring these values are clearly communicated in every interaction.
• Maintain schedule flexibility to support multiple retail locations, events, peak periods, and urgent cross-team requests.
• Act as the definitive expert on product knowledge, enabling guests to compare options and feel completely at ease with their choices.
• Partner with marketing and community teams to develop and execute in-store activations that feel authentic and memorable to local audiences.
• Take complete ownership of your shift, balancing opening procedures, midday service, and closing duties with calm and reliability.
• Observe guest behavior to identify emerging trends, then share actionable insights that influence future displays and digital experiences.
• Facilitate seamless transactions, ensuring that the point-of-sale process is efficient, accurate, and leaves a positive final impression.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the Mejuri values of creativity, integrity, and passion in every guest interaction.
• Proactively identify guest needs and offer personalized recommendations that enhance their shopping experience and build long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine store processes, driving improvements in efficiency, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• You must possess three to five years of hands-on retail experience focused on direct guest service.
• You must have the legal right to work in the country where this role is based for the entire period of employment.
• You must actively live our core values, treating every single guest with the same care you would give your only visitor.
• You must navigate complex workflows efficiently, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of attention to detail.
• You must demonstrate a strong commitment to reliability, showing up prepared and punctual for every scheduled shift.
• You must be able to lift, move, and arrange merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.
• You must maintain a professional appearance that aligns with the Mejuri brand standards at all times while at work.
• You must communicate effectively with guests and team members, adapting your style to suit different audiences and situations.
