Responsibilities
You will design store layouts to highlight collections and drive discovery during shifts. Your role involves guiding customers through personalized styling, matching pieces to their lifestyle and taste. You will begin each shift with energy, checking inventory and preparing spaces for seamless service. Handling transactions with accuracy, from payments to receipts, will be essential to keeping every interaction smooth. You will partner with local boutiques to align events, outreach, and community engagement efforts. Responding to guest feedback will be a priority, turning comments into visible changes in merchandising and flow. Maintaining visual standards is critical to ensure displays reflect the brand identity at every location. You will close shifts with detailed reports, preparing stock notes and readiness for the next team.
Requirements
You must hold a minimum of 3 years of retail experience, demonstrating steady growth in customer-facing roles. A background of 3 years in jewelry, beauty, or similar client-facing environments is mandatory. You must be available to work 35 to 40 hours weekly, aligning with opening, evening, and weekend coverage needs. Passing background checks and compliance reviews is required before starting any shift.
Nice to Have
Experience in fine jewelry, watch repair, or luxury accessories is valued for shaping a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with inventory systems, POS tools, and basic visual merchandising principles is beneficial.
