This role is based at Washington Square in Tigard. You will engage with customers in app, online, and through our global retail footprint, which includes 58+ stores worldwide. Compensation for this position is $24.64 per hour. These details are confirmed.

What you'll do

You will shape floor stories by styling guests and translating product knowledge into clear, confident recommendations. You will champion connection by listening closely, remembering preferences, and building trust that encourages return visits. You will guard standards through careful opening procedures, precise replenishment, and organized displays that remain ready and accurate. You will drive results by tracking goals, adjusting tactics, and sustaining high energy during busy shifts. You will support partners by coordinating with logistics, merchandising, and leadership to maintain smooth operations. You will elevate presentation by refreshing vignettes, checking lighting, and ensuring every piece remains visible and appealing. You will protect integrity with strict loss prevention, secure handling, and consistent adherence to policy. Requirements
