About the role
In this position, you will join the Audit team focused on the Social Economy and Public Sector at Mazars, which consists of over 50 dedicated professionals about finance. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting audits for entities within the social economy and public sector, including renowned organizations such as the Restos du Cœur and Handicap International France, as well as major public sector players like hospitals, universities, and local authorities. This role offers an to develop a comprehensive auditing methodology that integrates financial, IT, and ESG analyses, essential for the auditors of tomorrow.

What you'll do
- Participate in the certification of financial statements for entities in the social economy and public sector.
- Review accounting standards and financial information to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Engage in non-certification services, expanding your expertise beyond traditional auditing.
- Develop your skills in auditing information systems, collaborating closely with seasoned experts in the field.
- Occasionally assist with ancillary tasks, such as risk mapping and supporting the certification process.
- Take part in additional projects, including responding to tender offers and optimizing internal tools.
- Contribute to team activities, such as leading sports associations within Forvis Mazars.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information handled both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Hold a Master's degree (bac+5) from a prestigious business school, engineering school, or university.
- Be at the beginning of your professional career, eager to apply diverse skills acquired during your studies.
- Exhibit a proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn in a dynamic and innovative work environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage substantial data volumes, particularly through Excel.
- Possess excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for working with numerical data, with practical experience using Excel.
- Show teamwork and adaptability, essential for collaborating with various teams on diverse projects and meeting client demands.
- Be willing to travel to client sites (in Île-de-France and/or regions), requiring the ability to quickly adjust to new environments and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Communicate fluently in both French and English, both orally and in writing, within an international context.

- Previous internship experience in auditing or finance would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria and their application in audit practices.
- Exposure to risk management frameworks and methodologies.

- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
