You will be responsible for managing client audits, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations. What you'll do
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, managing both legal and contractual audit assignments to ensure thorough and accurate evaluations.
- Organize, plan, and supervise audit missions, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Ensure the quality of audit work by implementing and monitoring compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Mentor and guide your team, providing support in both technical skills and personal development to enhance their capabilities.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities for business development to drive growth for the firm.
- Participate in international financial projects, including the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all internal and external information handled during audit processes.
- Conduct regular site visits to client locations within the Occitanie region, ensuring hands-on engagement with client operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex audit issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and practices within the firm.
Requirements
- A higher education degree (Bac+5) from a university, engineering school, or business school is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in legal audit, preferably gained within an audit firm.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and client needs.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Proficiency in English is a significant advantage, particularly for involvement in international projects.

Practical notes
- The position is based in Labège, France, and requires regular travel within the Occitanie region to client locations.
- You will engage in a structured interview process consisting of three one-hour sessions, including a human resources interview focused on your motivations and career goals, a technical interview with a team member, and a final interview with a partner.
