As an Auditeur Financier Expérimenté/Senior at Forvis Mazars, you will play a crucial role in the auditing process, working closely with various clients across different sectors. Key facts
What you'll do
- Conduct statutory audits (commissariat aux comptes) for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Perform contractual audits to evaluate the adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions, providing clients with essential insights.
- Engage in valuation and acquisition audits, assisting clients in making informed decisions during mergers and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with teams in Paris to work on high-profile audit assignments, enhancing your exposure to complex cases.
- Mentor and supervise junior auditors, guiding them through operational aspects of audit missions and fostering their professional growth.
- Maintain a strong relationship with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless audit process.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Travel to client locations as necessary, adapting to different environments and client requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and practices within the firm.

Requirements
- A minimum of a Bac+5 degree in business, engineering, or a master's program with a specialization in audit, finance, or accounting.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in audit roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of auditing principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically assess financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with clients and team members.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a strong sense of initiative and curiosity.
