You will engage with both large international corporations and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). What you'll do

• Actively participate in the audit process, focusing on various cycles including procurement, sales, cash management, fixed assets, and personnel.
• Assist in the preparation of cycle memos which contribute to the general summary note that forms the basis of the auditor's opinion.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
• Conduct fieldwork and gather necessary documentation to support audit findings.
• Analyze financial statements and reports to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and clarify audit requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining audit results and recommendations for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact audit practices.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your auditing skills and knowledge.
• Support senior auditors in various tasks, contributing to the overall success of the audit team.
• Travel to client locations as necessary, depending on their geographical distribution.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for effective auditing.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a DSCG or Master CCA degree.
• Ideally, you have gained initial experience through internships or work-study programs in accounting, auditing, management control, or finance.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
• Excellent adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in an audit or accounting role, whether through internships or part-time positions.
• Familiarity with auditing software and tools commonly used in the industry.
• Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in English, can be an asset.
• A genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in auditing or finance.
