You will engage with both large international corporations and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). What you'll do
- Actively participate in the audit process, focusing on various cycles including procurement, sales, cash management, fixed assets, and personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of cycle memos which contribute to the general summary note that forms the basis of the auditor's opinion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
- Conduct fieldwork and gather necessary documentation to support audit findings.
- Analyze financial statements and reports to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and clarify audit requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining audit results and recommendations for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact audit practices.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your auditing skills and knowledge.
- Support senior auditors in various tasks, contributing to the overall success of the audit team.
- Travel to client locations as necessary, depending on their geographical distribution.
- Engage in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for effective auditing.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a DSCG or Master CCA degree.
- Ideally, you have gained initial experience through internships or work-study programs in accounting, auditing, management control, or finance.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
- Excellent adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in an audit or accounting role, whether through internships or part-time positions.
- Familiarity with auditing software and tools commonly used in the industry.
- Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in English, can be an asset.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in auditing or finance.
