What you'll do
- Lead the development, planning, and execution of company-wide change initiatives, focusing on organizational transformation and the adoption of new technologies.
- Work collaboratively with senior leaders and various departments to identify organizational challenges, develop strategic solutions, and secure buy-in and support for key projects.
- Design and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans, including clear communication strategies, training programs, and support mechanisms to facilitate smooth change adoption.
- Conduct thorough assessments of change impact, evaluate organizational readiness, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
- Promote the integration of innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies into daily operations, embedding these practices into the company's culture and workflows.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including detailed planning, facilitating meetings, tracking progress, providing regular updates to executives, and adjusting priorities as needed to meet project goals.
- Partner with Learning and Development teams to create educational resources, training modules, and support materials that build long-term capabilities and reinforce behavioral changes aligned with organizational goals.
- Measure the success of change initiatives by establishing relevant metrics, analyzing data, and continuously refining approaches based on insights and feedback.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, sharing best practices, and supporting teams through change processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and teams, providing expertise on change management best practices and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Support the development of internal change management frameworks and tools to standardize processes across the organization.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communication campaigns to promote understanding and engagement around change initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that change efforts are integrated seamlessly with other organizational activities and priorities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging practices, and new technologies related to change management and organizational development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in enterprise change management, organizational transformation, HR strategy, or related fields.
- 6-10 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in change management, organizational transformation, or HR strategy.
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior and executive leaders to drive organizational change and deliver strategic projects.
- Deep understanding of structured change management methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Smartsheet for project tracking and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building strong relationships across teams and levels.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing organizational needs.
- Experience in developing and executing stakeholder engagement and communication strategies that foster buy-in and support.
- Analytical skills to assess change impact, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including influencing others, facilitating teamwork, and guiding change efforts.

- Management consulting experience, especially in facilitating executive discussions and translating strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations, organizational redesigns, or digital transformation projects.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields.
- Change management certification such as Prosci or similar credentials.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
