About the role
The team processes map data to keep navigation accurate for users. This role analyzes and edits mapping features to maintain service reliability. You will support location-aware products used by organizations globally.

Key facts
What you'll do
Large volumes of data are reviewed to verify accuracy for navigation services and map content. Objects are detected and marked on satellite images to satisfy mapping requirements for features. Road networks spanning tens of kilometers are analyzed to correct and enrich map data. Map data is edited or contributed through specialized tools to refine platform detail.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. Clear written and verbal English at A2+ level is required, with documentation skills noted on your CV. Monotonous work at high volume is handled while maintaining personal efficiency and focus. Repetitive tasks are completed with sustained attention to ensure data quality. Patterns are identified within large information sets to support analysis. Stress is managed when priorities change rapidly. Projects with different workflows and instructions are adapted to quickly. Team work succeeds through high communicative skills.
Nice to have
Traffic rules knowledge helps analyze traffic situations and driver behavior modeling; a driving license or completed driving school is welcomed. OpenStreetMap understanding and cartography interest are welcomed, with OSM edits noted in your CV when an account exists. GIS, cartography, or geodesy experience is welcomed. IT experience or completed IT courses help understand communication culture in a high-technology international company. Interest in developing skills and expanding domain competencies is welcomed.

Proficiency in English at A2+ level is required.
Practical notes
Work is based in Minsk, with the possibility of remote work after the probation period. Team sprints may require periodic office visits.
