Sr. Embedded Softward Engineer, High-Performance Signal Processing
Job description
About the role
The Sr Embedded Software Engineer at Mach Industries owns the design and implementation of advanced RF sensing capabilities that directly support next-generation counter-UAV radar systems and RF seekers within the DART team. You will be responsible for developing, verifying, and optimizing radar software across the complete development lifecycle, from initial board bring-up through the creation of low-latency embedded code that powers our radar and RF sensing technologies. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure that high-performance, low-latency radar systems meet stringent mission-critical requirements. Success in this position hinges on strong technical execution, adaptability, and a hands-on approach within a fast-paced, iterative development environment. You will author clear software specifications, architectures, and testing procedures to support manufacturing scalability and long-term platform reliability.
