Producer / Editor, Presence® Media
Job description
About the role
You are the central production engine that converts strategic narrative into high-performance video for the leading AI growth platform in real estate. You will own the end-to-end execution of two flagship weekly YouTube shows, ensuring each episode advances the brand, educates the audience, and drives measurable demand. In this role, you will translate complex product roadmaps and market insights into compelling visual stories that resonate with elite real estate professionals. You will build and refine a repeatable production system that leverages AI to scale output while preserving premium quality and brand integrity. You will work tightly with on-camera talent and the Director of Content Marketing & Media to align video output with business objectives and editorial strategy. Your work will directly influence the company's authority in the industry and support the commercial growth of a $100 million annual recurring revenue business. This position is for a self-driven creator who measures success in watch time, retention, and platform performance.
Key facts
What you'll do
Produce, shoot, and edit two flagship weekly YouTube shows from concept to final delivery.
Own pre-production rituals including shot lists, run-of-show planning, guest prep, location strategy, and equipment logistics.
Run the camera and direct the shoot, managing lighting, audio capture, and on-set continuity in real time.
Own post-production assembly, pacing, music selection, motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and final file delivery.
Hit the publishing date every week, treating the weekly cadence as a non-negotiable commitment to the audience and the business.
Build and run a short-form derivative pipeline that converts long-form episodes into platform-native cuts for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Use AI-assisted clipping, transcription, and editing tools to scale short-form output without scaling headcount one-to-one.
Tailor each short-form cut to the algorithmic and creative behavior of the specific platform rather than cross-posting identical assets.
Produce and edit supporting video across the broader content calendar, including webinars, virtual events, executive thought leadership, and Talent Network UGC.
Maintain consistent visual identity, pacing, and editorial quality across every format and touchpoint.
Direct on-camera talent including hosts, executives, and real estate agents to deliver compelling, audience-ready performances.
Establish and document production workflows, asset management systems, and AI-accelerated editing pipelines that enable Presence® Media to scale output efficiently.
Manage shoot preparation, on-set protocols, post-production review cycles, and delivery standards to ensure reliability and professionalism.
Partner with freelance editors, motion designers, and production support to extend capacity and maintain quality during peak demand.
Champion data-informed creative decisions by reviewing performance metrics and applying insights to future episodes and formats.
Requirements
Hands-on YouTube experience is required. You have personally produced, shot, or edited content that lives on YouTube and has earned an audience there.
You can point to specific channels, shows, or episodes you worked on and explain in detail what you did and why it worked.
5 to 10 years of professional video production or content production experience, preferably within creator-led or growth-focused environments.
Proven experience producing recurring video formats on a consistent weekly cadence, not one-off brand films or campaign videos.
Strong hands-on production fluency with camera operation, lighting design, audio capture, and on-set direction.
You are comfortable running a shoot single-handedly or with a minimal crew while maintaining high production values.
Strong post-production skills in industry-standard tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent NLEs.
You understand pacing, narrative structure, motion graphics, color science, and sound design at a level that ensures polished, professional output.
Track record of producing short-form social video for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with an understanding of how each platform behaves algorithmically and creatively.
Experience using AI tools across the production pipeline, including transcription, clipping, scripting assistance, edit assembly, thumbnail generation, and asset tagging.
A clear understanding of YouTube retention curves, hooks, pacing, packaging, titles, end screens, and the difference between content that performs and content that disappears.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines across formats while maintaining editorial quality and brand consistency.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate strategy into actionable production plans for talent and stakeholders.
