Senior Financial Analyst, GTM
Job description
About the role
Senior Financial Analyst, GTM
Introduction
Luxury Presence develops the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by investors such as Bessemer Venture Partners, we are a Series C organization that has achieved $100M in annual recurring revenue. Our platform is utilized by more than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, to operate and scale their businesses. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, GTM to join our team. This is a US-based, full-time position with a base compensation of $180,000.
This position operates at the junction of data and finance. You will serve as the analytical engine driving our go-to-market decisions, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Your responsibility is to convert raw data warehouse signals into clear guidance that directs where we commit effort and budget. The ideal candidate has experience in both data/analytics and finance/FP&A roles, moving easily between SQL queries and financial models. You will tackle complex problems and use your analysis to influence real business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
You will own the annual and long-term planning for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, covering revenue, staffing, and resourcing. This includes designing intake workflows that shape how GTM questions enter planning and forecasting. You will partner across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Ops to align go-to-market spend and targets with the financial plan, modeling ongoing investment decisions.
A core focus will be on unit economics and GTM efficiency. You will build and maintain models for Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value, payback periods, and sales and CS capacity and productivity. These models will be used to recommend where go-to-market spend should be allocated. You will query the data warehouse directly to construct datasets that merge financial and operational views, validating numbers and answering complex questions.
You will automate recurring GTM reporting routines to speed the path from data to decision. This includes maintaining forecasting structures that keep revenue plans honest and measurable. You will also champion analysis that tests channel mix and efficiency across our growth motions, guiding investment choices by modeling sales capacity and CS productivity options.
Requirements
You bring 4 or more years of experience spanning both a data or analytics role and a finance or FP&A role, ideally within fast-growing tech environments. You possess hands-on experience with go-to-market measures such as pipeline, bookings, ARR, CAC, LTV, and payback.
You are an expert in SQL, comfortable writing queries directly against a warehouse to build and validate datasets. You excel at advanced Excel, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting methods. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. You communicate analysis clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
Attributes
You are fluent in both data and finance, moving easily between a SQL query and a financial model. You are genuinely curious about go-to-market strategy and how sales and marketing drive growth. You are execution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over accuracy and deadlines. You are AI-forward, always looking for ways to automate and sharpen the work.

- Build and maintain financial models that calculate and track key unit economics metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value, and payback period for the GTM engine.
- Construct advanced analysis of sales and customer success capacity and productivity to model different staffing and resourcing scenarios.
- Query the data warehouse to merge financial and operational datasets, ensuring accuracy and providing deep insights into complex business questions.
- Automate recurring GTM reporting and forecasting routines to reduce manual effort and accelerate the decision-making process for leadership.
- Champion analytical tests of channel mix and efficiency, evaluating the performance of various growth channels to optimize marketing spend and sales efforts.
- Act as the primary financial partner for GTM initiatives, translating complex data and model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
