GTM Technical Enablement Partner
Job description
About the role
You are the technical enablement lead for the entire GTM motion at Lovable, owning the systems that allow Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture to operate with a unified and elevated technical floor. Your primary mission is not merely to onboard Solution Architects but to leverage them as a bench that systematically raises the technical capability of every AE and CSM. You will architect the knowledge infrastructure that empowers AEs to confidently articulate the art of the possible and equips CSMs to lead AI transformation conversations without flinching in front of enterprise stakeholders. In this role, you build the repeatable systems and shared assets that remove friction and make strong technical narratives the default outcome rather than a rare exception. You operate at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success, translating deep technical credibility into practical field tools that scale. You will be expected to think in systems and leverage, not in programs and curricula, focusing on automation and real skill development. If you thrive on building the scaffolding that allows others to win complex deals, this is the role for you.
Key facts
What you'll do
Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current technical knowledge assets across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture to identify critical gaps.
Build and maintain the central technical knowledge hub, including a robust demo library, coherent reference architectures, and clear competitive technical positioning.
Develop and curate an AI use-case pattern library that captures proven enterprise scenarios and demonstrates the art of the possible with Lovable.
Raise the technical floor for both new and tenured AEs by providing them with the language and artifacts needed to discuss AI transformation confidently.
Elevate the technical fluency of CSMs so they can lead sophisticated AI transformation conversations that resonate with CIOs and VPs of Product.
Leverage the Solutions Architecture team as a force multiplier by extracting their expertise and systematizing it for broad field consumption.
Co-own the ramp and ongoing development of the Sales Architecture team alongside the Head of SA to accelerate new hires and sustain tenured performers.
Own the standards for technical readiness across AEs, CSMs, and SAs, ensuring alignment with deal-stage requirements and the quality of the technical narrative.
Design and implement the SA-as-knowledge-multiplier model that enables technical depth to flow organically from the SA org into Sales and Customer Success.
Translate complex product capabilities into clear, field-ready narratives that hold up under scrutiny in live enterprise deal reviews.
Create scalable enablement workflows that embed knowledge directly into the workflow, minimizing the need for ad-hoc training and firefighting.
Identify and prioritize enablement projects that have the highest impact on closing difficult deals and reducing churn risk.
Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure technical narratives are accurate, timely, and aligned with the roadmap.
Establish feedback loops from the field to continuously refine the technical knowledge hub and ensure it remains relevant to real deal challenges.
