Lovable is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to expand our enterprise presence and drive revenue growth. You will manage the entire sales process, helping organizations adopt our AI-driven software development platform. In this capacity, you will act as the primary commercial leader responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-value opportunities within the London market. Your work will directly influence the company's trajectory by unlocking new revenue streams and establishing long-term strategic partnerships. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership over your book of business. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic foresight and operational diligence to guide complex sales initiatives from conception to completion. You will be measured not only on the volume of deals closed but on the quality and sustainability of the accounts you build.

What you'll do
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach to contract signature, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with strategic objectives.
- Personally source and close deals with executive sponsorship in cold or strategic accounts, demonstrating resilience in challenging environments.
- Create and execute account strategies that engage complex buying committees including security, legal, and procurement teams to mitigate risk and accelerate approval.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight business value for both technical and executive stakeholders, translating features into tangible outcomes.
- Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term account growth, fostering cross-functional alignment.
- Construct business cases focused on return on investment to secure large-scale enterprise contracts, using data to justify investment decisions.
- Maintain precise pipeline data and sales forecasts, providing transparency and enabling proactive management of revenue performance.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to help shape our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, ensuring market insights drive innovation.
- Identify and penetrate new verticals within the London ecosystem, expanding our footprint across high-potential industries.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of competitive positioning to effectively differentiate our offering in crowded marketplaces.
- Orchestrate end-to-end negotiations, balancing commercial ambition with customer expectations to close agreements efficiently.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in closing enterprise SaaS deals, demonstrating a consistent track record in complex sales environments.
- Documented history of managing deals with an annual contract value of at least 250,000 dollars, indicating the ability to handle significant commercial transactions.
- Proven success closing at least one deal valued at 500,000 dollars or more, showcasing the capability to win large-scale commitments.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles lasting between 3 and 9 months, navigating prolonged decision-making processes with patience and persistence.
- Experience meeting or exceeding annual quotas ranging from 1,000,000 to 1,800,000 dollars, reflecting a history of overachievement against demanding targets.
- Proficiency in navigating multi-stakeholder environments involving engineering, product, and leadership teams to align diverse interests and secure buy-in.
- Strong ability to articulate technical concepts as clear business outcomes, ensuring that non-technical audiences grasp the strategic benefits.
