• You'll collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and AI engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and developer experience across the platform.</p> <p><em>This role is based in one of our San Francisco, NYC, or London office hubs, with a minimum of 2 in-office days per week and occasional team and company offsites.

Lightning AI provides an all-in-one environment for building and deploying machine learning models. You write, test, and refine code directly in the browser, moving from quick experiments to full training runs and serving. The platform handles scaling and deployment so you can focus on model behavior. It is created by the team behind PyTorch Lightning.

Building software is iterative. You ship a slice, measure it, and correct course. Code review, pairing, and written design notes are how teams keep quality from depending on one person.
