Key facts

What you'll do

• Assess and treat patients using evidence-based therapeutic practices to address mental health concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare providers.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions to support emotional regulation and behavioral change.
• Document clinical progress meticulously to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other specialists as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current mental health research and therapeutic techniques.
• Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.
• Monitor patient safety and intervene promptly when there are signs of crisis or deterioration.
• Foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and organizational policies regarding patient confidentiality.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and outcomes.

• You need A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.

• You need Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You need Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
