• Unlimited/uncapped earning potential that can exceed $85,640 -$116 - compensation model based on productivity.
• You must hold a current, active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) to practice in the state of Kansas.
• You must possess a Master's degree in Social Work or a closely related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• You must have a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• You must be able to provide documentation of licensure and good standing to the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board.
• You must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Kansas Behavioral Health License without restriction.
• You must pass a criminal background check and comply with all organizational safety policies.
• You must demonstrate the capacity to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite presence with remote collaboration.
• You must adhere to all HIPAA regulations and organizational confidentiality protocols in handling client information.
