• You will coordinate care with external providers to ensure a seamless continuum of service for clients across the network.
• You will facilitate therapeutic interventions that promote emotional regulation, coping skills, and resilience in patients.

Requirements

• Candidates must hold a current license to practice social work in the state of North Carolina.
• Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Candidates must demonstrate a clear understanding of diagnostic criteria and treatment planning for mental health conditions.
• Candidates must have experience in providing individual and group therapy within a clinical setting.
• Candidates must be proficient in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Candidates must show the ability to work effectively within a team-based care model.
• Candidates must be prepared to pass background checks and relevant credentialing processes prior to employment.
