What you'll do
Coordinate the delivery of mental health services by conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the full scope of patient needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and the goals established in collaboration with patients. Provide therapeutic interventions through both telehealth and in-person sessions to meet the varied preferences of our community. Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies to achieve optimal outcomes. Partner with medical providers to integrate behavioral health services within primary care and other health settings seamlessly. Support patients in navigating their care journey by offering clear guidance and resources that promote long-term wellness. Engage in documentation and reporting activities that ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by participating in clinical supervision, peer consultation, and quality improvement projects. Apply clinical expertise to reduce barriers to care and enhance the overall patient experience across the lifespan. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve the efficiency of service delivery without compromising quality. Assist in the development of protocols that address the unique needs of diverse populations in our service areas. Requirements
You must hold a current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts. You must have a graduate degree in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution. You must possess a strong understanding of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across various psychological conditions. You must be able to demonstrate a commitment to ethical practice and compliance with all relevant licensure regulations and professional standards. You must have the legal right to work in the United States and provide documentation of eligibility as required by our employment policies. You must pass a background check and meet all health and safety requirements necessary for providing clinical services in our settings. You must be willing to engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office.
