What you'll do

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the development process.
• Work closely with design teams to create user-centric product experiences that are both functional and visually appealing.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Analyze product performance metrics post-launch to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate communication between various departments to ensure everyone is informed and aligned on product goals and timelines.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform future product iterations and enhancements.
• Prepare and present product updates and strategic recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience in the SaaS industry or with subscription-based products is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
• An MBA or relevant advanced degree is advantageous but not required.
