Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in building management systems or a related engineering role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, lighting controls, and energy management principles.
• Proficiency in BMS software platforms and tools, with experience in programming and configuring systems.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations, particularly those related to energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
