- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that BMS solutions meet the needs of building occupants and management.
- Collaborate with sustainability teams to implement energy-efficient practices and technologies that align with corporate sustainability goals.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing Learnd's capabilities in smart building solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in building management systems or a related engineering role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, lighting controls, and energy management principles.
- Proficiency in BMS software platforms and tools, with experience in programming and configuring systems.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations, particularly those related to energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to learning and professional development, with a willingness to stay current with industry advancements.
