About the role
You will architect and own the end-to-end member activation engine that converts eligible members into activated Leap patients through coordinated, data-driven campaigns. This role requires you to design repeatable systems that translate complex claims and eligibility signals into clear, timely, and trustworthy outreach journeys. You will be responsible for building the playbook for how Leap identifies, prioritizes, and activates members across a diverse set of channels and client contexts. You will partner deeply with Growth Analytics, Content, Design, and Member Operations to ensure that strategy is turned into measurable action. Your work will directly influence how quickly patients access life-changing therapies and how Leap demonstrates value to employer partners. You will operate at the intersection of growth, product, and operations, owning both the creative and technical execution of campaigns. This position is critical to scaling Leap's activation capabilities as we serve more Fortune 500 clients and expand our impact in the specialty pharmacy market.

What you'll do
- Build Leap's member activation engine by designing repeatable systems that move eligible members from initial awareness to action across all client engagements.
- Drive lifecycle and targeted outreach campaigns that span email, SMS, direct mail, landing pages, employer benefits portals, webinars, and reactivation flows, owning strategy, sequencing, timing, and channel mix.
- Turn data signals from claims, prior authorization, eligibility, and funnel performance into practical outreach strategies that adapt based on therapy type, timing, site of care, and member context.
- Run a rigorous experimentation and optimization program that tests hypotheses across messaging, channels, timing, incentives, landing pages, direct mail formats, subject lines, CTAs, and campaign sequences.
- Own campaign execution and marketing operations by building, QAing, and launching campaigns in Leap's marketing tools, managing segmentation, workflows, lists, tracking links, UTM conventions, scheduling, SMS setup, and landing page coordination.
- Activate employer-controlled channels and cross-functional partners by collaborating with Client Success, Content, Design, Member Conversion/Ops, and employer-facing teams to create scalable communication packages and approval processes.
- Partner with Growth Analytics to identify and prioritize members, ensuring that outreach strategies are grounded in data and aligned with client goals and regulatory constraints.
- Work with Content and Design to develop high-performing creative assets and journeys that earn trust, drive action, and support patients in accessing better care.
- Ensure that campaigns are launched accurately and on time by managing vendor handoffs for direct mail, coordinating with external partners, and maintaining clear tracking and reporting.
- Translate strategic insights from analytics and stakeholder feedback into tactical campaign changes that improve performance across key activation metrics.
- Maintain clear documentation of activation playbooks, campaign logic, and decision rules so that campaigns can be reproduced, improved, and scaled.
- Act as the central coordination point for activation across functions, aligning on priorities, timelines, and success metrics while balancing experimentation with compliance requirements.
Requirements
- You have relevant B2C growth and lifecycle experience with demonstrated progression in scope and impact in roles such as lifecycle marketing, engagement, activation, retention, growth marketing, consumer product marketing, or closely related fields.
- You possess strong experience in lifecycle marketing, experimentation, and performance orientation across channels such as email, SMS, direct mail, and digital advertising.
- You are comfortable working with data and analytics to inform campaign strategy, segment audiences, and evaluate results, even if you are not a data scientist or analyst by title.
- You have a track record of owning complex, multi-step campaigns that coordinate timing, channel mix, and creative assets to achieve clear business outcomes.
- You understand how to translate business and clinical insights into practical outreach strategies that respect patient privacy, regulatory constraints, and employer expectations.
- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple workflows, timelines, and stakeholders without dropping the ball on critical execution details.
- You communicate clearly and persuasively, with strong written skills that enable you to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences under varying constraints.
- You are proactive in identifying opportunities to test, learn, and improve, and you are comfortable presenting results and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- You have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including analytics, content, design, operations, and client success to deliver cohesive activation programs.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in digital health, healthcare, wellness, benefits, insurance, or consumer technology roles that provide context for Leap's mission and customers.
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, infusion therapy, or complex patient journeys that require careful timing and coordination.
- Experience managing vendor relationships for direct mail, fulfillment, or other patient-facing production activities.
- Knowledge of employer benefits portals, HR communication channels, and how benefits decisions are made within large organizations.
