What you'll do
- Oversee the security product roadmap, guiding it from initial customer insights to final product delivery.
- Design and implement identity and access management solutions, which encompass single sign-on, role-based access control, and API credential management.
- Define product requirements for tenant isolation across our GPU infrastructure, including features like 1-Click Clusters and On-Demand GPU instances.
- Develop audit logging and compliance functionalities that are essential for enterprise procurement processes.
- Collaborate closely with security and platform engineering teams to convert product requirements into operational infrastructure.
- Ensure that the introduction of security measures does not compromise the fast, self-service experience that our users value.
- Monitor feature adoption rates and collect user feedback to continuously enhance our security capabilities.
- Engage with stakeholders across various functions to align on security initiatives and product direction.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy and roadmap adjustments.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including specifications and narratives, to support product development and stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate internal teams about new security features and protocols.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, particularly in platform, infrastructure, or technical product sectors.
- Proven track record of converting data and customer insights into effective product strategies.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams, including engineers and executives, without relying on formal authority.
- Experience in managing the complete product lifecycle, from initial specifications through to launch and iterative improvements.
- Technical expertise to engage in in-depth discussions surrounding authentication, authorization, and isolation measures.
- Capability to navigate trade-offs between stringent security requirements and user experience.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting specifications, narratives, and comprehensive documentation.
- Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and user feedback effectively.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in delivering security features such as secrets management, audit logs, or identity and access management (IAM).
- Familiarity with compliance standards, including SOC 2.
- Background in developing solutions for multi-tenant platforms, cloud infrastructure, or machine learning hardware.
- Experience navigating enterprise procurement processes and requirements.
- History of collaborating directly with dedicated security engineering teams to enhance product security.
- Understanding of industry best practices in cloud security and risk management.

Practical notes
- This position requires you to work from the Bellevue or San Francisco office four days a week, with Tuesday designated as a remote workday.
