About the role
You will oversee the monetization platform for our GPU cloud, ensuring our billing systems remain accurate and transparent as we scale. This role involves managing the metering pipeline, revenue integrity, and the customer-facing billing experience for both self-serve and enterprise users. You will collaborate across finance, engineering, and go-to-market teams to turn complex financial requirements into reliable product features.

What you'll do
- Define product requirements for per-minute usage metering across our GPU fleet, including reconciliation and instance lifecycle management.
- Build billing infrastructure that supports both self-serve on-demand users and sales-led contracts for clusters ranging from 64 to 1,024+ GPUs.
- Establish audit mechanisms and accuracy standards to ensure invoice reliability.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of credits, invoicing, and dispute resolution.
- Enable rapid deployment of new pricing models, contract structures, and instance types.
- Expand billing capabilities within the Lambda Cloud API to allow programmatic access to spend data.
- Develop financial product features including fraud prevention, debt management, and threshold alerting.
- Instrument the billing platform to track user behavior and iterate on the product based on data.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years focused on platform, infrastructure, or technical products.
- Proven ability to translate revenue reports, support tickets, and usage patterns into actionable product roadmaps.
- Experience building consensus and influencing stakeholders across engineering, design, finance, and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated success in managing the full product lifecycle from initial ambiguity through launch and iteration.
- Understanding of distributed systems concepts such as event pipelines, reconciliation, and idempotency.
- Ability to bridge the gap between finance requirements and customer experience.
- Strong technical writing skills for product documentation and decision-making.
- Ability to create and execute iterative plans to reach long-term organizational goals.
Nice to have
- Experience developing billing, metering, or monetization platforms, particularly for usage-based pricing.
- Background in fintech or payments where high levels of accuracy were required.
- Experience with cloud cost management or spend visibility tooling.
- Familiarity with GPU cloud infrastructure or AI compute consumption.
- Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis.
