Performance Marketing Manager
Job description
About the role
You own the performance engine that drives user acquisition for KOHO across Canada, shaping how every dollar of paid media fuels growth. You are responsible for designing, managing, and scaling campaigns that turn data into decisive action and measurable outcomes. In this role, you build the future of acquisition by testing emerging channels and integrating AI into high-impact workflows that move the business forward. You act as the strategic owner of the growth ecosystem, balancing creativity, analytics, and experimentation to deliver long-term customer value. Every decision you make ties back to our mission of financially empowering a generation of Canadians through smarter financial products. You will work with autonomy and clarity, ensuring that your efforts directly support the company's lean, AI-integrated evolution. If you thrive in an environment where ownership, bold thinking, and results are prioritized, this is where you will make a real impact.

What you'll do

- Formulate and execute acquisition strategies that reduce CAC while maximizing LTV, with a strong focus on subscription conversion and retention-driven growth.
- Continuously test creative elements such as copy and visuals through structured experiments, collaborating directly with the internal design team and iterating based on performance data and audience behavior.
- Maintain comprehensive performance reporting dashboards and present insights across key KPIs including CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, retention, and LTV.
- Work closely with product and data teams to align acquisition initiatives with downstream conversion funnels and predictive LTV modeling.

- Possess a deep understanding of adtech infrastructure, marketing analytics, attribution models, and customer lifecycle optimization, with experience using MMPs like Singular being a plus.
- Have experience building campaigns that go beyond install, focusing instead on subscription sign-ups, upgrades, and strategies that reduce churn over time.
