About the role
You are the initial point of contact in the sales cycle, owning the front lines of outbound prospecting for Klaviyo in the EMEA region. This role is essential to the success of our business as your contribution to the sales and marketing feedback loop significantly influences our go-to-market strategy. You will identify high potential companies who can benefit from Klaviyo's solution and partner closely with experienced Mid-Market Account Executives to co-create and execute on effective prospecting strategies. You are expected to reflect Klaviyo's values of accountability and effort while continually seeking improvement in every interaction. Your daily work will involve developing, testing, and iterating messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas to refine our approach. Ultimately, you will contribute learnings and best practices to the broader Outbound process to support the success of your peers and drive positive outcomes for the business.

What you'll do
- Identify high potential companies who can benefit from Klaviyo's solution and prioritize targets based on fit and potential impact.
- Partner closely with experienced Mid-Market Account Executives to come up with and execute on effective prospecting strategies to generate opportunities.
- Develop, test and iterate messaging across multiple channels, industries and personas to optimize response rates and engagement quality.
- Contribute learnings and best practices to the Outbound process and team members to support the success of your peers and improve overall performance.
- Reflect Klaviyo's values of accountability and effort in every interaction, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
- Leverage CRM and sales tools to maintain accurate records of outreach activities, track progress, and identify trends for strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, refine positioning, and support product and market feedback initiatives.
- Conduct regular self reviews of your outreach performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to drive growth.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and ethical guidelines in all prospecting activities.
- Support the creation of scalable outreach frameworks that can be replicated across segments and integrated into broader marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market signals and competitor activity to inform strategic recommendations and adapt strategies as needed.
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to mentor newer team members and elevate the collective capability of the outbound team.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform data driven decisions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of playbooks by testing new approaches and sharing results with the team.
Requirements
- Have 1+ years of work experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role at another marketing technology company.
- Fluent German & English (written and verbal) essential for effective communication and relationship building.
