The President-Brother's Mechanical role provides overall strategic leadership for the mechanical contracting segment within this broader enterprise. The position is accountable for operational performance, financial results, and sustainable growth across HVAC, plumbing, piping, fabrication, service, and industrial construction functions. The President collaborates closely with executive leadership and ownership to define long-term objectives, enhance client relationships, and position the organization for continued success. This involves leading and aligning executive teams across Operations, Finance, Estimating, Service, Fabrication, Safety, and Business Development. Clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability measures are established across all departments to ensure cohesive execution.
Operational oversight covers all construction and service delivery to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. The President monitors key performance indicators such as revenue, backlog, labor productivity, project profitability, and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with operations leadership optimizes staffing, resource planning, fabrication capacity, and field execution to support scalability. Continuous improvement efforts are driven to enhance efficiency, quality, and project delivery across business units.
Financial leadership encompasses full accountability for company financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and balance sheet strength.
