What you'll do
- Oversee the management of enterprise accounts, focusing on customer retention, user adoption, and revenue enhancement.
- Generate and present regular reports detailing account health, sales pipeline, and potential risks to the leadership team.
- Spearhead pilot initiatives aimed at converting prospective clients into long-term partnerships.
- Proactively identify and address account risks through effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and internal advocates to foster client loyalty.
- Facilitate technical integrations that ensure our platform seamlessly fits into existing client workflows.
- Develop resources for our Digital Customer Success programs to enhance customer satisfaction and success at scale.
- Spot opportunities for account expansion and work closely with the commercial team to capitalize on these prospects.
- Offer structured feedback on our products to help shape and refine our development roadmap.
- Mentor Junior team members and engage in broader Customer Success initiatives, events, and campaigns to enhance team performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or related commercial roles within the professional or financial services sector.
- In-depth understanding of the workflows, timelines, and decision-making processes prevalent in consulting and financial firms.
- Demonstrated success in managing, retaining, and growing enterprise-level accounts effectively.
- A commercial mindset with a proven ability to meet Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in leading client meetings and presenting insights to senior leadership.
- A disciplined approach to managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and proactive account administration.
- Experience in coaching and developing Junior colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
- A genuine interest in artificial intelligence and its applications within the realm of professional services.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment that requires adaptability and quick thinking.

- Experience with AI product applications in a customer success context.
- Familiarity with commercial forecasting and pipeline management techniques.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
