About the role
You will own the full sales cycle for large financial institutions, driving discovery, solution design, and consultative selling to align Jump's AI capabilities with complex client needs. You will partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive teams to ensure strategic alignment and success for Jump's most critical customers. You will develop, negotiate, and close high-value, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals that advance Jump's mission of empowering advisors and clients in the age of AI. You will build robust pipelines, manage sophisticated forecasts, and maintain deep awareness of competitive dynamics and industry trends. You will navigate long enterprise sales cycles with resilience, establishing trust with senior stakeholders and upholding Jump's category leadership. You will communicate directly and kindly, resolving conflict productively and maintaining a high-velocity, low-drama environment.

What you'll do
- Prospect, manage, and close new business with large financial institutions, including wealth management firms, broker-dealers, banks, and insurance firms.
- Drive discovery calls, demos, and collaborative solution design to surface client priorities and define tailored value propositions.
- Lead consultative sales processes to deeply understand financial institutions' pain points, priorities, workflows, compliance needs, and buying processes.
- Develop, negotiate, and close high-value, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals that balance business and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with executive, technical, compliance, and business stakeholders on the client side to foster long-term advocacy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership to deliver value throughout the client lifecycle.
- Manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasting, pipeline insights, and executive-level reporting.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, client challenges, competitive dynamics, and opportunities across financial services to inform strategy.
- Contribute to Jump's position as a category leader by reinforcing trust, reliability, and customer-centricity in every interaction.
- Translate complex AI workflows into clear narratives that resonate with financial advisors and decision-makers.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, aligning new solutions with evolving client objectives.
- Represent Jump at industry forums and client meetings, maintaining a professional and compelling presence.
- Document sales activities, learnings, and outcomes to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Support the sales enablement team by providing feedback from the field to refine messaging and tools.
Requirements
You may be a strong fit if you meet the following criteria, which define the hard bars for this role.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or similar, with a track record of consistently exceeding quota.
- Proven success selling to large financial institutions, including RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, insurance firms, or similar enterprise buyers.
- Deep experience with consultative, solution-based selling and managing multi-stakeholder deal structures.
- Strong understanding of financial services workflows, buying processes, and compliance requirements that shape procurement decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and written, across diverse audiences.
- Ability to navigate complex, long sales cycles and build trust with senior-level stakeholders in regulated environments.
- High ownership, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and strong judgment to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar to maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, with a demonstrated ability to learn complex domains quickly.

- Willingness to work under the hybrid model as specified, balancing remote collaboration with in-person alignment in Draper, UT when required.

- Existing familiarity with wealth management, broker-dealer, RIA, banking, or insurance ecosystems and their regulatory contexts.
- Experience partnering closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive teams during strategic sales cycles and product reviews.
- Track record of influencing without authority and aligning cross-functional teams around shared customer outcomes.
- Familiarity with compliance and risk considerations that impact technology adoption in financial services.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to iterate quickly based on customer feedback and market signals.
- History of mentoring junior sales representatives and contributing to playbooks and training materials.
Practical notes
This role is full-time and remote with a hybrid option in Draper, Utah. The compensation range is $250,000 to $280,000 OTE on a 50/50 split, inclusive of base and uncapped variable pay. Equity options are provided as part of the total compensation package. This position involves significant travel to customer sites, industry events, and internal meetings as needed to maintain strong client relationships and market presence. Candidates must be able to relocate or work effectively in a hybrid arrangement that may require periodic in-person collaboration.
