You will act as a trusted extension of the SVP, Global Sales, by owning complex initiatives that span sales operations, finance, and event management. What you'll do
Orchestrate the Rhythm of Business (RoB) by defining, tracking, and driving execution against critical operational milestones for the New Logo Global team.
Facilitate meeting governance by utilizing AI transcription and synthesis tools to generate real-time summaries, assign action items, and track completion status until closure.
Coordinate high-impact operational meetings such as QBRs, leadership syncs, and team standups to ensure logistical precision and strategic alignment.
Partner with Field Marketing and Sales leadership to manage regional event lifecycles, from initial planning through sponsor fulfillment and post-event lead distribution.

Optimize executive time across multiple timezones by managing complex calendars, protecting focus time, and preparing daily strategic briefs for leadership review.
Handle end-to-end international travel logistics, including visa requirements, ground transport arrangements, and contingency planning for senior executives.
Drive sales cadence discipline by interpreting pipeline metrics and deal stages to ensure timely follow-ups and CRM accuracy across the region.
Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, holding them accountable for deliverables while maintaining a respectful and collaborative executive presence.
Leverage modern AI integration tools to automate repetitive tasks, synthesize meeting outcomes, and streamline workflow processes for maximum efficiency.

Requirements
You must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior EA, Chief of Staff, Program Manager, Ops Manager, or Executive Business Partner role supporting Senior Executives (VP/SVP+) in a fast-paced, matrixed tech or SaaS environment.
You must have current residency in Spain to be considered for this fully remote position.
You must demonstrate professional fluency in both English and Spanish for all written and verbal communication requirements.
You must have hands-on experience managing regional OPEX budgets, including budget audits, variance analysis, and strict travel expense compliance using systems like Concur or ComBtas.
You must have a proven ability to interpret sales pipeline metrics, inspect deal stages, and understand GTM workflows to effectively influence team execution.
You must be tech-savvy with demonstrated experience using AI synthesis tools such as Copilot, Otter, Gemini, or Claude for note-taking, action tracking, and workflow automation.
You must have advanced mastery of complex international executive calendar management across multiple time zones to ensure alignment and prioritization.
You must have a history of assertive influence and executive presence, capable of pushing teams respectfully while maintaining credibility at the highest organizational levels.
