You will act as the brand's thought leader both internally and in the wider tech community. You will integrate storytelling with commercial outcomes to drive sustainable growth. Orchestrate the development and execution of a unified brand strategy that elevates JetBrains recognition across global B2C and B2B audiences.
Elevate the brand's presence and reputation by crafting and maintaining a distinct brand voice and identity that resonates deeply with developer communities and enterprise stakeholders.
Bring JetBrains stories and content to life to amplify company awareness and thought leadership in the developer tools landscape.
Design and oversee innovative marketing campaigns that expand brand awareness, drive user engagement, and reinforce product excellence.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing brand marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
Partner with design, product, product marketing, and marketing communications teams to ensure strict consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Oversee the brand marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize return on investment and measurable brand outcomes.
Conduct primary and secondary market research, analyzing consumer insights and competitive dynamics to shape data-driven brand strategies.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with industry influencers, analysts, communities, and ecosystem players to extend reach and strengthen brand metrics.
Implement measurement frameworks to monitor brand performance, applying insights to optimize initiatives and drive ongoing improvement.
Track emerging technology trends, the competitive landscape, and new marketing technologies to ensure the JetBrains brand remains differentiated and future-ready.
Act as the internal champion for brand integrity, aligning cross-functional initiatives with long-term brand goals and business objectives.
Leverage storytelling and content innovation to humanize the brand and make complex developer tools relatable and inspiring.
Champion experimentation and test new brand narratives and formats to discover scalable ways to build awareness and loyalty.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, with a master's degree being a preferred qualification.
Bring at least 12 years of experience in brand management driving prominent global brands or in a closely related role within tech, communications, or with a creative agency.
Demonstrate a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns for large, international tech brands with global audiences.
Show deep understanding of modern tech trends, developer ecosystems, and the agendas shaping the software development industry.
Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide a diverse team toward shared objectives.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Apply strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, translating complex data into actionable insights and clear brand recommendations.
