What you'll do

• Participate actively in online forums and social media platforms such as X, Reddit, and Discord to provide support and insights to database professionals.
• Create high-quality, enduring content including instructional videos and articles that help users maximize the effectiveness of our tools.
• Represent the DataGrip brand at various industry events, delivering technical presentations and engaging with the community to foster relationships.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify common challenges and inform the ongoing development of our products.
• Build and sustain a strong presence within diverse database communities, ensuring that users feel supported and connected.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with user needs and market trends.
• Develop strategies for outreach that resonate with the developer community and promote our database tools effectively.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our content relevant and valuable to users.
• Conduct workshops and webinars to educate users on best practices and new features of our database tools.
• Actively engage in discussions and provide insights on platforms like Quora to enhance our visibility and authority in the database space.
• Maintain a pulse on user sentiment and community dynamics to adapt our strategies accordingly.
