What you'll do

• Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of EEE components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with design engineers to select appropriate EEE parts that meet project requirements and performance criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for EEE parts, including specifications, test plans, and validation reports.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical insights to improve product design and manufacturability.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with EEE components throughout the product lifecycle.

• Support testing and validation activities for EEE components, including failure analysis and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in EEE parts engineering or a similar role within the aerospace or defense industry.
• Proficient in using CAD software and simulation tools for EEE component design and analysis.
• Strong understanding of EEE component specifications, testing methods, and reliability assessments.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as IPC, MIL-STD, and DO-160.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience with embedded systems and software integration for EEE components.
