What you'll do

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in dynamics and controls engineering, with a strong focus on control systems design and implementation.
- Proficiency in control theory and experience with various control strategies, including PID, state-space, and adaptive control.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as MATLAB, Simulink, C/C++, or Python for modeling and simulation tasks.
- Familiarity with software tools for system modeling and simulation, such as LabVIEW or similar platforms.
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and validation processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to government contracting regulations.
