What you'll do

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably as a COO or in a similar capacity, with at least 7 years in leadership positions.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
