Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Experience with various PLC platforms, such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Schneider Electric.
• Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems and their integration with PLCs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
