What you'll do

• Oversee the logistics of installation projects from start to finish, ensuring all materials and equipment are delivered on time and in proper condition.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to schedule deliveries and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that outline timelines for each phase of the installation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in logistics software and project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the logistics and installation industry.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve logistics processes.
