Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering management or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices, particularly Agile and DevOps.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best work.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies, with a solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
