About the role
You will own the end to end enterprise sales cycle for Ideogram, managing every stage from initial prospecting through strategic expansion and renewal. You will partner directly with the world's most recognizable brands to reimagine how design is created, scaled, and governed using AI native workflows. You will act as the primary commercial leader for key accounts, navigating technical, legal, and organizational complexity on behalf of Ideogram. You will educate executive stakeholders on the power of custom branded AI models and how they translate into tangible competitive advantages. You will shape commercial strategy and influence product direction by bringing customer feedback directly into the company's roadmap. You will establish Ideogram as the default platform for quality-obsessed teams that refuse to compromise on brand control. You will build a diverse book of enterprise businesses that drive revenue goals while setting the standard for long term customer success.

What you'll do
- Own the full enterprise motion by independently managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through close and expansion, building a diverse book of enterprise businesses that drive Ideogram's revenue goals.
- Identify and capture high-potential opportunities where Ideogram's custom branded models and workflow integrations can drive competitive advantage across marketing, product, AI, and design teams within complex enterprise environments.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to potential and existing customers, building long term relationships with marketing, creative, product, AI/ML, and executive teams to elevate creative quality and accelerate product development.
- Design and execute sales strategies across diverse segments, including API integrations and custom branded model training, while navigating complex procurement processes and collaborating with legal, security, and technical teams.
- Build scalable sales operations by helping define sales playbooks, pricing strategies, qualification frameworks, and sales processes that can evolve alongside the rapidly growing team.
- Translate customer needs and market signals back to product and research teams to directly inform Ideogram's roadmap and ensure the platform continues to solve real world enterprise problems.
- Partner with leadership, product, and engineering to establish Ideogram as the defining product for quality-obsessed brands that demand the highest standard of design output.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to uncover strategic entry points, build relationships with key decision makers, and align solutions with cross functional priorities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic deals, guiding stakeholders through technical, legal, and business considerations to structure agreements that haven't been done before.
- Drive revenue growth by owning demanding quotas, forecasting pipeline accurately, and consistently closing six and seven figure deals in an evolving market.
- Mentor and elevate the capabilities of the broader sales organization by sharing playbooks, best practices, and insights gained from enterprise engagements.
- Maintain deep fluency in generative AI and creative workflows to confidently discuss integrations, model behavior, and operational impact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of quota carrying enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS or technology, with a proven track record of closing six and seven figure deals and managing complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles.
- Demonstrate technical fluency with generative AI, creative tools, or a technical background that allows you to discuss AI capabilities, integrations, and workflows with confidence.
- Exhibit strategic deal execution skills across marketing, product, AI/ML, IT, procurement, legal, and the C-suite, including experience structuring and closing highly customized enterprise agreements.
- Show comfort with ambiguity and fast evolving environments, thriving when building new playbooks, defining processes, and operating with high ownership before perfect structure exists.
- Display a builder mindset focused on solving customer problems, where you are passionate about understanding exactly what customers are building and how Ideogram can help them do it better.
- Prove you can translate complex technology into clear business value for executive audiences, making the case for AI native design workflows with clarity and conviction.
- Have a history of navigating complex buying processes and overcoming objections across diverse functions, including procurement, security, legal, and executive stakeholders.
- Commit to working from the New York office, aligning with the team's schedule and collaborating effectively in a fast paced, high growth environment.

- Experience working with design, marketing, or creative teams in enterprise settings, understanding their unique workflows and strategic priorities.
- Background in AI, machine learning, or data platforms, with an understanding of how models are integrated into production environments.
- Familiarity with startup and scale up sales motions, where speed, adaptability, and cross functional collaboration are essential.
Practical notes
This role is based in New York and requires full time engagement on site. The position involves significant travel to meet enterprise customers and partners. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship at this time.
