What you'll do
Motion capture data is cleaned and refined so that results are polished and responsive in the game.
Animations for skins and additional in-game content are produced to support live-service features.
Animation assets are prepared and exported for integration into Unity, following pipeline expectations.
Animation principles including posing, timing, and weight are maintained so that results remain consistent and readable.
Requirements

Three or more years of experience creating animations for games to ensure familiarity with interactive timing and engine workflows.

Specific experience animating first-person and third-person weapons to match gameplay expectations.
Professional experience with Maya as the primary tool for creating and editing animation.
A strong understanding of animation principles including posing, timing, and a clear sense of weight.
Understanding of how animation systems function inside game engines to enable smooth integration.
B1+ level English communication supports collaboration, while C1 level Russian is required.
