What you'll do

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of project management principles.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience in a leadership or mentorship role, guiding junior team members or interns.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with design thinking principles and user-centered design practices.
• Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Spanish or English, to facilitate communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in the tech industry or a related field, with an understanding of current trends and challenges.
