What you'll do

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of talent acquisition and employee development.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software and tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in project management is a plus, with a focus on achieving results within set timelines.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of human resources.
Nice to have
- Certification in human resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is advantageous.
- Experience with data analytics tools and HR metrics to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment and hiring practices.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
