About the role
You will own the Commercial segment in your region of Southern Europe, driving its development and execution with clear accountability for market outcomes. You will shape regional strategy and translate it into concrete market plans, investment choices, and prioritized growth actions that align with company objectives. This role requires you to lead and develop a team of Commercial sellers, establishing clear expectations around market execution, deal progression, and individual team contribution. You will own the full Commercial motion in your region, encompassing partners, distributors, enablement, deal strategy, and market execution to ensure coherent performance. You will build strong, trust-based relationships with senior leaders across partner organizations, distributors, the channel team, and the MSSP team in each territory, actively shaping business plans together. You will act as a visible market leader, working closely with partners and customers through direct engagement, executive meetings, and regional events to represent the business. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales Engineers, Engineering, Product, Sales Ops, and Deal Desk to ensure regional execution excellence. You will own team productivity and enablement, focusing on fast ramp, readiness, ongoing development, and helping people become successful quickly. You will drive growth across priority markets by aligning partner activity, local market plans, and cross-functional execution to deliver results. You will act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, bringing clear market insight, practical recommendations, and feedback from the field to influence strategy.

- Partner closely with Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales Engineers, Engineering, Product, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Channel, and distribution to help the region execute well.
- Own team productivity and enablement, including fast ramp, readiness, ongoing development, and helping people become successful as quickly as possible.

Requirements
You must have a proven track record of building and leading a commercial sales team in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment, demonstrating consistent ability to drive growth and execute against targets. You must have deep experience managing partner ecosystems, including distributors, channel programs, and MSSP relationships, with a history of enabling these partners to generate pipeline and revenue. You must have extensive experience operating across Southern European markets, with strong knowledge of the business environment and decision-making dynamics in France, Spain, and Italy. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first organization, navigating ambiguity, and driving results without direct oversight. You must have strong fluency in the local languages of the region, enabling you to build trust and communicate effectively with partners and customers in France, Spain, and Italy. You must have a proven ability to develop and communicate clear market strategies, turning high-level direction into actionable plans that teams can execute. You must have experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales operations, to ensure cohesive execution across the customer journey. You must be comfortable using data to drive decisions, measuring pipeline health, deal progression, and team performance to optimize outcomes. You must be willing to travel extensively throughout Southern Europe to build presence, strengthen relationships, and support key opportunities in the market.

Experience working with cybersecurity or security assessment tools, understanding how technical products support commercial efforts.
