About the role
Horizon3 is actively building a regional Commercial leadership position within the DACH and Eastern European markets, and this role is central to that execution. The hire will own the full Commercial motion, encompassing strategy, partner enablement, and team leadership across a diverse and growing region. This position requires a leader who will build and shape the commercial segment while driving market development and scaling business operations. The successful candidate will act as the primary driver for how the market evolves and how the team performs in each country. They will be responsible for establishing a repeatable motion that strengthens relationships with partners and customers. This role demands ownership of deal progression, team contribution, and the overall commercial health of the segment. The leader will also define regional investment priorities and determine where the business expands next.

What you'll do
Lead and develop a team of Commercial sellers across multiple countries, establishing clear expectations for market execution, deal progression, and individual team contribution.
Own the complete Commercial motion in your region, managing partners, distributors, enablement initiatives, deal strategy, and overall market execution for the DACH and Eastern European territories.
Shape regional strategy and translate it into concrete market plans, informed investment choices, and actionable growth initiatives that align with company objectives.
Drive growth across priority markets by meticulously aligning partner activity, local market plans, and cross-functional execution to maximize impact.
Define how the region should scale over time, including recommendations for hiring timelines, market expansion opportunities, and strategic placement of additional investment as the business grows.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders across partner organizations, distributors, the channel team, and the MSSP team in each territory to co-create robust business plans.
Establish a repeatable motion that empowers partners, distributors, and the wider team to generate market reach, demand, and Commercial momentum efficiently.
Collaborate closely with Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales Engineers, Engineering, Product, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Channel, and distribution teams to ensure the region executes effectively on shared objectives.
Own team productivity and enablement, designing fast ramp programs, readiness frameworks, ongoing development initiatives, and support structures to help people become successful rapidly.
Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership by synthesizing clear market insight, delivering practical recommendations, and channeling feedback from the field to inform strategic decisions.
Travel extensively across the DACH and Eastern European region to build a visible market presence, deepen local relationships, and support critical execution efforts where they are needed most.
Serve as the primary liaison between regional commercial teams and corporate leadership, ensuring alignment on goals, performance metrics, and strategic adjustments.
Champion the NodeZeroTM platform value proposition within the region, ensuring partners and customers understand its capabilities and competitive advantages.
Identify and mitigate commercial risks by monitoring market dynamics, competitor activity, and partner performance to protect revenue and brand integrity.
Requirements
The role requires a candidate with extensive experience in commercial leadership within the cybersecurity sector. You must have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams in a regional context. Experience with partner-led go-to-market models is essential, as is a deep understanding of the cybersecurity sales cycle. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where agility and ownership are paramount. Strong analytical skills are required to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies. The ability to influence without direct authority is a critical competency for success in this position. You must be willing to travel extensively, as the role demands a visible presence in key markets across the region. A demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding aggressive growth targets is mandatory.
