What you'll do
Automate the setup of billing configurations based on customer contracts, ensuring accuracy before activation.
Manage the customer onboarding process from start to finish, confirming successful activation and correct billing.
Develop systems to automatically reconcile billing, identify discrepancies, and handle customer billing disputes.
Create automated workflows for SIM card orders and logistics, reducing operational involvement for sales.
Build an automated system for contract renewals, including a calendar, automated communications, and Salesforce data upkeep.
Enhance existing systems that track account health and identify expansion opportunities for the sales team.
Oversee the tracking of migration completion and manage customer communications for these projects.
Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve post-sale operations, focusing on impactful applications.
Requirements
3 or more years of experience in GTM engineering, or in automation-focused roles within Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations.
Proven ability to build automations, integrations, or AI-driven workflows, with proficiency beyond basic tools like Zapier.
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, understanding its impact on downstream processes and reporting.
Familiarity with call intelligence platforms like Gong, and their use in reducing manual data entry.
Experience building automations related to margin or pricing data, translating contract terms into financial signals.
Comfort using issue-tracking tools like Linear for managing multi-week technical projects.
Knowledge of current AI tools and a history of applying them to practical operational challenges.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers regarding billing, onboarding, and order inquiries.
A strong inclination to question the necessity of tasks before automating them.

Comfort making tooling decisions with incomplete data, enabling quick evaluations and progress.

Practical notes
Compensation: $115,000 - $135,000 base salary plus $10,000 - $15,000 in annual target incentives.
Interview process includes an intro call, cross-team interview, take-home test, GTM skills deep dive, President interview, and CEO chat.

About the company
Hologram develops technology for recording and reconstructing wavefronts to create three-dimensional images. The company works with holography, an imaging technique that captures an interference pattern to reproduce a light field using diffraction. This process records a wavefront of interest by overlaying a reference beam to generate a pattern captured on a physical medium.
