What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Heirloom's business goals and objectives, ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels.
- Lead the marketing team in creating innovative campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, utilizing both digital and traditional marketing methods.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to create compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the unique value propositions of our offerings.
- Oversee the management of the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts and expand brand reach.
- Drive the development of engaging content across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website, to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Lead market research efforts to gather insights on customer preferences, competitive landscape, and industry trends, informing strategic decision-making.

- Represent Heirloom at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
- Stay informed about emerging marketing technologies and trends, integrating new tools and techniques into the marketing strategy as appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum impact.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
