Deployed Product Manager, Health Systems
Job description
Deployed Product Manager, Health Systems at Heidi Health.
About the role
Heidi is seeking a product leader to manage a portfolio of health system accounts and oversee the deployment of AI solutions within complex clinical environments. You will be responsible for both product development and revenue outcomes, working directly on-site to bridge the gap between clinical workflows and our technical capabilities. This role requires a hands-on approach to building, configuring, and scaling software that improves the daily lives of clinicians. You will translate ambiguous clinical problems into structured product requirements while ensuring that deployed solutions adhere to strict regulatory standards. You will act as the primary liaison between commercial stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure alignment on delivery timelines and quality expectations. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments and is comfortable making rapid decisions based on limited but high-quality information. You will own the end-to-end success of key accounts, balancing user satisfaction with business viability.
