About the role
You will own the end to end lifecycle of Harvey's academic partnerships across UK and international law schools, driving signed agreements and long term adoption. You will build deep relationships with faculty leaders, deans, and administrative teams to position Harvey as an essential tool within legal education. You will run hands on product training, curriculum advisory, and on campus activations that make Harvey central to teaching and learning. You will launch and manage student ambassador and faculty champion networks tailored to UK and EMEA norms. You will create scalable playbooks for each new market and execute the international rollout plan with precision. You will partner closely with commercial, legal engineering, and marketing teams to co activate in market events and firm to school pipelines. You will operate with intensity and ownership, making fast decisions based on clear judgment while staying obsessively close to customer needs.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead outreach and relationship development for UK and EMEA law schools, engaging flagship institutions and smaller schools with equal focus.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for every school in your portfolio, managing relationships with faculty, library staff, student organizations, and administrators.
- Run product trainings, live demos, workspace setup, and activation events, including semester start all hands pushes and large faculty workshops.
- Launch and own the UK and EMEA student ambassador and faculty champion networks, adapting the US model to local legal education norms.
- Advise faculty and curriculum committees on integrating Harvey into courses, clinics, and legal writing programs through hands on curriculum embeds.
- Build the market expansion playbook and execute the September 2026 launch across Paris, Berlin, Singapore, and the Nordics.
- Partner with Harvey's UK commercial team, legal engineering, and marketing on in market events and firm to school co activation initiatives.
- Track portfolio health, adoption metrics, and stakeholder feedback to inform product improvements and go to market strategies.
- Represent Harvey at academic conferences, law school events, and industry gatherings to strengthen brand presence in UK and EMEA markets.
- Coordinate cross functional workflows, aligning product, content specialists, and customer success leads to support school needs efficiently.
Requirements
- Hold a UK law degree (LLB, LPC, or equivalent) demonstrating deep understanding of UK law school structures and operations.
- Bring strong experience in legal practice, legal tech, legal innovation, or academic programs, with client facing or external exposure.
- Show proven ability to manage a high volume of relationships in a high growth or startup environment without losing account depth.
- Demonstrate comfort running product trainings and demos for audiences ranging from first year students to senior faculty and deans.
- Operate as an entrepreneurial and self directed individual who builds processes from scratch and owns outcomes across multiple markets.
- Exhibit strong organizational instincts to coordinate many schools across several countries and time zones effectively.
- Be based in London and willing and able to travel across the UK, Europe, and APAC regions as required.

Practical notes
The role is full time based in London with flexibility enabled by time zone coverage for Australian partner schools. Travel across the UK, Europe, and APAC will be required depending on school schedules and launch activities.
