About the role
You will own the day-to-day execution of sales operations initiatives that keep our GTM engine running smoothly across our enterprise and mid-market segments. This role is responsible for acting as a trusted partner to the sales team by resolving tool issues, answering process questions, and ensuring reps have the information they need to close deals efficiently. You will maintain documentation for sales processes and support cross-functional projects that involve Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align on shared objectives. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain data accuracy across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack to ensure reliable reporting. You will perform routine audits, identify data hygiene issues, and execute data imports, list uploads, and record updates in support of sales and marketing campaigns. This is a great fit for someone early in their RevOps career who wants to grow within a function that is actively building something meaningful while applying AI tools and automation to sales processes.

What you'll do
Act as a day-to-day resource for the sales team by answering process questions, resolving tool issues, and helping reps get the most out of our sales tools.
Maintain documentation for sales processes to ensure consistency, clarity, and ease of adoption across the revenue organization.
Assist with cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to support aligned execution and shared goals.
Monitor and maintain data accuracy across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack to ensure reliable reporting and decision-making.
Perform routine audits to assess data health, identify data hygiene issues, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
Execute data imports, list uploads, and record updates in support of sales and marketing campaigns with precision and timeliness.
Help investigate trends and anomalies in sales process data such as lead conversion, sales activity, forecast, and pipeline variances.
Apply AI tools and automation to sales processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall productivity.
Support the administration of Salesforce, including report and dashboard building, data management, and basic admin tasks to ensure system integrity.
Provide clear written and verbal communication by explaining processes and findings simply and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarize yourself with GTM tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support sales outreach and pipeline initiatives.
Manage your own workload and prioritize tasks independently while following through on commitments without heavy oversight.
Support ongoing efforts to improve data quality and process rigor across the sales lifecycle from lead to close.
Collaborate with RevOps leadership to ensure that systems, processes, and tools are aligned with strategic growth objectives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales operations by identifying opportunities for optimization and scaling best practices.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role with a strong track record of execution.
Hands-on Salesforce experience including report and dashboard building, data management, and basic admin tasks to maintain system accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets using formulas, pivot tables, and structured data analysis to derive insights and support decision-making.
Strong attention to detail with a genuine commitment to data accuracy and consistency in all operational activities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain processes and findings simply and effectively across the organization.
Familiarity with GTM tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support sales operations initiatives.
Able to manage your own workload and follow through on tasks without heavy oversight while maintaining high standards of quality.
Experience working in CRM-driven environments where data integrity is critical to sales performance and forecasting.
Comfort using technology to solve problems quickly and efficiently while adhering to established processes and controls.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing requirements in a dynamic growth-stage company.
Commitment to upholding the integrity of revenue operations data and contributing to a culture of accuracy and transparency.
Basic understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting to support effective operations support.
Ability to communicate technical concepts in non-technical terms to ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.
Nice to have
Experience with applying AI tools and automation to sales processes.
You are a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Prior SDR or sales support background.

This is a full-time position based in Santa Clara, California, with a hybrid work model.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship at this time.
The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000, plus target annual bonus and equity.
